Yes, we ask that renters always return your vehicle with a full tank or a fully charged battery.

We want to be fair and transparent for you. Therefore, it's very important to us that you know all possible costs.

• To ensure the next wheego customer doesn't have to fill up immediately, you must return your vehicle with a full tank. If the tank isn't full when you return it, we will charge you a service fee.

• In the event of a claim, we will charge you the damage costs up to the agreed deductible plus a processing fee of €50. The deductible is €15,000.00 per claim for micro cars and all passenger cars, and €20,000.00 for vans (all groups).

• You have the option of reducing your deductible to as little as €0.00 by booking a protection package. The minimum age for the Premium Protection Package is 24 years. You can book a protection package either on the wheego website or at a wheego rental station before the start of the rental.

• If you have held your drivers licence for less than 2 years you may be charged an additonal young drivers fee along with the daily vehicle rate.
